Whitchurch step free access – not good news
Our hoped for solution for the access to the south bound platform is on hold again. It made a list, and the list got shortened again. Network Rail are the owners, and the funding comes from the Department of Transport via them for what is called the Access for All scheme (AfA). We understand that Helen Morgan MP met with Lord Hendy in March to discuss Whitchurch. It’s currently on a paused list.
